Lei Fitness User Privacy Choices

In the current version, Lei Fitness supports optional user accounts for cloud sync and multi-device access, and does not use third-party ad/analytics SDKs for targeted advertising. If you do not sign in, except for cloud features such as Image AI Recognition, your workout data is primarily stored on your device or in Apple system services (such as HealthKit) that you explicitly authorize.

There is no in-app toggle for personalized ads, as we currently do not perform any ad personalization. You can still manage system-level tracking settings in iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

If you grant access to Apple Health (HealthKit), we use that data only locally to power fitness features. You can manage or revoke this access at any time in the Apple Health app: Profile → Privacy → Apps → Lei Fitness.

You may optionally sign in to enable cloud sync and multi-device login. Where available, you can turn cloud sync on/off in the app and manage signed-in devices/sessions for security.

For outdoor workouts, Lei Fitness may use your location (GPS) to record routes. You can change this at any time: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Lei Fitness, and choose “Never”, “While Using the App”, etc.

If you use the Image AI Recognition feature, you have the following choices: whether to use it (optional), uploading happens only when you explicitly initiate recognition, processing uses Alibaba Cloud Tongyi, images are retained for no more than 30 days (or less) then deleted or irreversibly de-identified, and we do not perform face recognition or use images/results for model training unless separately consented in a future version.

You can manage Camera/Photos permissions in iOS settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera/Photos → Lei Fitness. Disabling them prevents taking/selecting images for recognition.

If the App sends workout reminders or other notifications, you can manage them in: Settings → Notifications → Lei Fitness, where you can disable or customize notification styles.

You may delete workouts in the App (where supported), delete related data in the Apple Health app, or remove local data by uninstalling the App (this does not delete data already saved in HealthKit). If you sign in and use cloud sync, you may turn off sync (where available) and contact us to request access/correction/deletion of your cloud account/synced data after verification. If you used Image AI Recognition, you may delete records/images in-app (if available) or request deletion via Contact Us. Images are retained for no more than 30 days, then deleted or irreversibly de-identified.
